Course Description:

This is a four-part learning series that will address issues that face supervisors and middle managers. It will provide support and ideas for best practices in working with employees and managing stress.

Course Objectives:

Supervisors/ Managers will be able to increase their understanding of the middle management role. - Supervisors/Managers will learn strategies to ameliorate job exhaustion.

Supervisors/ Managers will practice reflecting on their role as a supervisor/manager Supervisors/ Managers will practice mindfulness.

-SOCIAL WORK(MI-CEC): These event hours meet the MDCH training requirement for MI-CEC staff = 2 Hours

-CERTIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL(CMHP): These event hours meet the MDCH training requirement for CMHP staff = 2 Hours
