Course Description:

This course will provide clinicians with information about how problem behaviors can be communication. How to accurately apply the ABC model for data collection and will help define the functions of behaviors. 

Course Objectives:

1. Describe ways in which problem behavior can be communication

2. Accurately apply the ABC model for data collection

3. Define the four functions of behavior

4. Differentiate when to effectively use different strategies in the moment to effectively reduce behavior problems

12:05-12:15: Define the four functions of behavior

12:15-12:30 Differentiate when to effectively use different strategies in the moment to effectively reduce behavior problems
