Course Description
Topics and breakout discussions will be about the impact on mental and behavioral health, needs and challenges, and how the pandemic reshaped the way mental and behavioral health concerns are discussed.

• Understanding the mental and behavioral health impact on children
• Common challenges children have experienced
• Challenges with Virtual Learning
• Understanding the mental and emotional health on parents
Agenda
9:00am-10:00am Lecture and breakout sessions discussing a brief history of the COVID-19 pandemic, it's effects on children, youth and families and how it continues to impact the lives of the families we serve now.
10:00am-11:00am Discussion of the impact on children, signs and symptoms of distress and how to support the impact of the pandemic on parents as well (videos and breakout sessions)
