In this session, we will examine the vital role of rest and recuperation for community mental health leaders. Participants will explore how rest impacts mental clarity, decision-making, and long-term resilience. 

 

Course Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the cognitive and emotional effects of rest on leadership performance.
  2. Recognize common barriers to restful practices in leadership roles.
  3. Apply evidence-based strategies to integrate restorative practices into daily leadership routines.
