Your company logo will appear prominently on conference display items. As our breakfast sponsor, you will have the opportunity to place promotional materials on each table during breakfast. Spon- sorship includes exclusive identification as breakfast sponsor, logo recognition on signage and two conference passes.

Lunch Sponsor (2)  |  $4,000
Your company logo will appear prominently on conference display items. As our lunch sponsor, you will have the opportunity to place promotional materials on each table during lunch. Sponsorship includes exclusive identification as lunch sponsor, logo recognition on signage and two conference passes. Welcome attendees on stage."

 

By joining us at this event, attendees consent to Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network's Detroit Wayne Connect photographing, videotaping and using your image and likeness.
