LOGIC MODELS

A Logic Model is a tool used to delineate a program's logical framework and/or theory of change. Logic models graphically show the relationships between resources, activities, outputs and outcomes. While logic models are typically used to assist in planning the evaluation, they are also helpful in planning the program approach and implementation.

The following is an example of what goes into building a logic model. For additional information on logic models, visit the University of Wisconsin Program Development and Evaluation website.
